SHIPPING:  


NOLA Guitar Shop tries to always offer the lowest prices.   


Since shipping costs are a major expense, as a result, we ship subject to the following terms:    


FREE U.S. SHIPPING.    


We ship free to you if your purchase was eligible for free shipping.


If you return the item you will be responsible for return shipping, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.


Please see the return shipping policy below for items that are defective.  


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.  


  • Please contact us for pricing on International Shipping.   The following general rules apply to International Shipping!  
  • We will not list an item as a gift, nor will be show a reduced or lower sale price than the actual sale price to reduce import taxesor tariffs that are assessed by your country.    
  • Price and shipping do not include any taxes or tariffs.  
  • Buyer is responsible for any taxes or tariffs.    
  • If an item is returned to us because taxes or tariffs have not been paid we will refund the purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee andshipping cost, provided that the item is returned in sellable condition.    
  • Because of varying degrees of reliability of postal services throughout the world, we cannot be responsible for items not received orreceived damaged.   Unless otherwise stated, all products we sell are new.   Our responsibility ends with proof that the item was delivered to the shipper by us.


NOLA GUITAR SHOP PRIDES ITSELF ON FAST ANDEFFICIENT SHIPPING.    


YOUR ITEM WILL USUALLY BE DELIVERED TO THE SHIPPER BEFORE THE END OF THE BUSINESS DAY, BUT NO LATER THAN ONE BUSINESS DAY, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:  


  • HOLIDAYS;  
  • INCLEMENT WEATHER; AND,   
  • IF WE ARE OUT OF TOWN, IN WHICH CASE YOU WILL RECEIVE AN E-MAIL ADVISING OF THE ACTUAL SHIPPING DATE.


Returns & Exchanges:


What if there is a problem with my order? If there's a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem.


What if I receive a defective product? 


If you believe you've received a defective product, please contact us so we can provide you with a return authorization (RA) number. 


If we determine the unit failed under warranty within 30 days of purchase, we will cover shipping costs within the US to replace the unit for you. 


Return Policy: 


New Items:


If you are not satisfied with any new product, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.


If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.  


Used Items: 


For items purchased that were marked as "used" you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.  


You are responsible for paying all shipping charges  on returned used items.  


How to Make a Return: 


To make a return, please please contact us so we can provide you with a return authorization (RA) number. 


Please write the RA number on the shipping label and NOT on the product box itself. 


Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials. 


If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double-boxed. 


The product should be packed in the original product box with the UPC codes intact. 


When repacking the product box, avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue. 


Please use a shipping method that is trackable, such as FedEx or UPS. 


Remember that if your order was shipped for free under our free shipping promo, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit. 


We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us when purchasing your own shipping labels. Sometimes things get damaged en route, and if that happens, we want you to be covered.
